Summer is here!
Hi there Visitor, From the looks of it, Wisconsin’s long cold winter is finally over and we couldn’t be happier! The time has come again for long summer nights of festivals, barbeques, bonfires with friends, and designing websites with a tall cold glass of iced tea.

Last week we launched a site for the new business, Adaptive Water Tech, LLC.
Adaptive Water Tech, LLC is in the business of providing products related to the Hydrodemolition industry. Hydrodemolition uses high pressure water jets to remove dense materials such as concrete from their supporting structures in a way that leaves the remaining surface cleaner and more intact than traditional methods. The company is currently partnered with the international leaders in hydrodemolition systems and hydrodemolition safety gear.
The site announces the company, the current product lines and offers interested parties an online means of connecting with Adaptive Water Tech. The design meets the requested clean, industrial look and uses a color palette requested by the site owner. We’re excited to be involved in helping this new startup with their website and can’t wait for more opportunities to help deliver their message to their audience. Case Study: Auto Analyzers - Making Your Website Work for You!
A few weeks ago one of our happy clients, Auto Analyzers, approached us with an idea for an online customer satisfaction survey and printable coupons. Auto Analyzers has been offering coupons to their newsletter subscribers for a good number of months now. With the survey they wanted to reward their customers with a special coupon for providing feedback on their most recent visit. Auto Analyzers constructed a brief but targeted survey, each question focusing on a different part of the customer experience. We used those questions to create an online survey and the results are sent to Auto Analyzers in an HTML formatted email. While the survey is submitted anonymously, we serialized each completed survey/coupon combination which is used to validate the offer. Next we set up a new page on their website that lists all of their current offers where visitors are invited to print a coupon. The coupons are no longer available when the offer expires and no intervention is needed. Auto Analyzers provides us a great example of ways Tech Lizard Web Design and IT clients are using their websites to extend their customer service to the web. Between their commitment to engaging their customers with their cleverly written newsletter, offering service discounts online and expressing their concern for customer satisfaction with the survey, their desire to be a customer friendly leader in their industry is apparent. Additionally their website traffic has shot through the roof! With great site traffic Auto Analyzers is improving their online relevance in an honest way. This is great news for the business, as casual web users are more likely to find the website when they are looking for assistance with their automotive needs. Time for some sunshine!
