The best way to get to know us is to just to say "Hi!" on the contact page. We'll write back, we always do! We're fun loving people, so even if it's just a joke that we HAVE to hear, go for it, don't be shy!

In the meantime here are the facts about us.

Tech Lizard Web Design and IT operates out of the Muskego, Wisconsin home office of Aaron and Michele Gilhouse.

Michele Gilhouse
Michele is the founder of Tech Lizard Web Design and IT and participates in every conceivable role, loving the role of Head Designer and Webmistress the most. Michele's love for technology began in 1990 when she realized the link between troubleshooting and solving puzzles. Her natural technical and problem solving abilities were acknowledged by the technology experts of a Fortune 500 company, and in 1994 her career in IT began. She's been making her IT mentors proud ever since!

Michele is currently employed by a great technology business in Milwaukee, filling the role of Network Administrator. When she's not working or designing sites, Michele loves reading novels and marveling at nature's wonders. Know a great book? Tell her about it!

Aaron Gilhouse
Aaron participates in Tech Lizard Web Design and IT as a graphics and content editor, provides IT Services, client support and overall direction advisement. Aaron's love for technology began in 2001 and he has excelled in his abilities. Partnered with Michele in both business and marriage his role in the company is vital to it's success. When Aaron isn't working he enjoys playing First Person Shooter (FPS) games online and he also loves diving into a good novel.

Ok, ok, we're computer geeks! Extremely hard workers, it is rumored that neither Aaron or Michele sleep. Friends and family can attest to their commitment to the business as they are rarely found "goofing off". The truth is, they DO sleep, but they spend a combined average of 21 hours a day with their hands on a keyboard or mouse.

The Lizard Lounge
Tech Lizard Web Design and IT opened their office in 2008. The office is used for housing company records, inventory, and for hosting client meetings. We'd love to show you around, contact us for a tour or to get your project started!

The Name

What's in a name?

In high school my best friend saw a special on frilled lizards. As my dear best friend she decided that I'd be known as "The Lizard" from that point forward. It stuck and 20 years later it isn't going away.

Using the narrative from the video and substituting the word "enemy" with "challenge" and the word "bluff" with "determination" the similarities to my nature still hold true.

Truth be told, I prefer frogs to lizards, but the cool, calm, confident and observing ways of the lizard compliment my personality quite well.

While choosing a business name, a close friend recommended "Geeko", you know, the geeky cousin of the Geiko Insurance Lizard, but I was worried about copyright infrigement, so Tech Lizard it is!

The lizard knows no limits, so feed it and watch it GROW!!
